All prices on our website include FREE standard shipping for US and Canadian orders. Your orders are shipped from New Jersey (USA). In 2017, we will explore other cost-effective shipping options for our valued customers outside the USA.
Barring severe weather conditions or a public holiday, US and Canadian customers will receive your in-stock item within days of your order being shipped. The time for our clients in other world regions will also be as minimal as possible.
Please allow five business days to process your order after it is received, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out by Thursday). We ship Tuesday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. We do NOT ship orders the same day. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order has been packaged to ship. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.
NEW JERSEY SALES TAX
CODA Hair charges state sales taxes on orders to New Jersey at the applicable 7% state tax rate. These collected taxes are paid directly to the state.
NIGERIA VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT)
CODA Hair charges VAT on orders to Nigeria at the applicable 10% rate. These collected taxes are paid directly to the government.
BACKORDERS/ITEMS OUT OF STOCK
If an item goes on back order and extends your processing time by more than two business days, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will send you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
It can take up to one week for us to restock on wefts; eyelashes can take 1-2 weeks; closures and custom wigs can take up to 1-2 weeks. While we try to minimize these occurrences, we ask that you keep this in mind when making your order.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on order amount and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of dispatch will be.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a confirmation e-mail and receipt once your order has been received to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has been prepared to ship, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1 - 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
Customers outside of the US are wholly responsible for paying any and all applicable duties, taxes, and other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient to receive the parcel. As these are paid to your local carrier or government, CODA Hair cannot refund these payments.
DHL, on the other hand, pays on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods as soon they enter the country. This is done to ensure that DHL delivers your parcel in the shortest time possible. The products are released to you only upon the full repayment of any duties and taxes that were paid on your behalf. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from DHL after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at the destination, plus a small administration fee.
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
It is the buyer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at email@example.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change. However, no guarantee can be made that we will be able to do so.
Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like your package, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees and must pay for any new upgraded shipping costs.
ISSUES WITH DELIVERY
All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. For orders above $400, we will request signature confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at numbers above to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
