We are pleased to accommodate exchanges within 14 calendar days on all products that have not been opened, worn, altered or tampered with. If you aren't satisfied with your order due to defect, damage or human error, please e-mail us at email@example.com to initiate your exchange and we will be more than happy to assist you further.
We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items, or items received in error. Should you have any issue with the integrity of your item(s) right out of the packaging, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of your issue, including photo documentation, within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order.
The hair should be unworn/unused, unprocessed and unaltered in any way. Lashes should also be unworn/unused. Once your claim is reviewed, we will also notify you of the status of your exchange request. Your exchange will be for the same item (i.e. closure base, length and curl pattern) ordered.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We do not process returns or refunds. Please make sure you are committed to purchasing before completing your order.
HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
We have a relatively simple process. Should you have any issue with the integrity of your item(s) right out of the packaging, please email us at email@example.com with a description of your issue, including your order # and photo documentation.
The hair should be unworn/unused, unprocessed and unaltered in any way. Lashes and haircare should also be unworn/unused. Once your claim is reviewed, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. Your exchange will be for the same item (i.e. closure base, length and curl pattern) ordered.
We HIGHLY recommend that you send your product using a trackable shipping option.
WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE PERIOD?
We will provide a exchange on unworn/unused, unprocessed and unaltered products within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date that you receive your order.
WHY ARE CODA HAIR PRODUCTS NON-RETURNABLE IF OPENED?
Human hair extensions, lashes and haircare are all considered a hygienic products. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously. This is not just a CODA Hair policy - other hair extensions businesses do not allow returns or exchanges of opened items for the same reasons.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY EXCHANGE?
Yes. We recommend sending your exchange with a tracking option. CODA Hair will not be responsible for lost orders. If you are initiating an exchange from outside the US, please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.
MAY I INITIATE MY EXCHANGE WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU?
No. You must contact us prior to sending your exchange. We can't guarantee your exchange without first contacting us.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?
We will send you the exchanged item after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned item(s) were not opened. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information of the item(s) being sent back, in order for us to place the order for your exchange. It takes 3-4 business days to process all orders from the moment we place it in our system.
US and Canadian orders take 1-5 business days to be delivered with standard free shipping, and international orders may take anywhere from 6-20 business days. For more shipping details, please click here.
